Returns & Refunds Policy
At RIZQ, we take pride in the quality and concentration of our perfume oils. Because our products are personal care items applied directly to the skin, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unopened & Unused: The roll-on seal must be intact. Due to the nature of perfume oils, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been swiped on the skin or opened.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order number for confirmation.
How to Start a Return

Contact us at hkms0094@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the glass bottle is shattered or the roller ball is defective, contact us at hkms0094@gmail.com immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Provide a photo of the damaged item, and we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
